1. Job Profile: Administrative/Accounts Officer
2. Qualification:
Essential:
1. Graduate degree preferably in Commerce from a recognized University with Advance. Accountancy, Financial Management, Auditing, Law and Taxation as major subjects.
2. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Desirable: Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance/Business Management/Law.
Experience:
Essential:
1. Ability to work independently on computerized environment using standard packages for information processing and retrieval.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of independent managerial/supervisory experience of handling administration, finance and accounts with particular reference to recruitment, pay-roll administration, establishment matters, budget & accounts, with good knowledge of Government of India rules and procedures as applicable to autonomous grant-in-aid institutions for its day-to-day administration & management.
3. Experience in dealing with matters relating to personnel management, finalization of accounts up to drawal of balance sheet.
Salary: Pay Band/Scale (PB-3 of Government of India) Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- [TME: Rs.35,824/-] salary will not be a constraint for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates with outstanding track record and experience in multiple areas administration, finance and accounting.
